John Mattison is the Asst. Med. Dir. Chief Health Information Officer, Kaiser Permanente, Faculty, Singularity University. He directed largest integrated Health Information System and Electronic Health Record in US, His team of world class project managers completed the project more than a year ahead of schedule and $267 million under budget. Kaiser Permanente led HIMSS Level 7 designation and received Davies Award. John co-founded the XML standard for interoperability and health information exchange. John is a founding member of the KP Innovation Fund and Board of Directors, and reviews every innovation proposal for the national program.
